So I got the infamous MC010 code from ebay saying the buyers account was acccessed by a third party. Well they paid and paypal says the payment is being processed. I was selling a gift card and I was only shipping through email because it was an eCard. Well I sent them the eCard through ebay messages but now I'm worried I wont get paid for it, or refund my gift card. What should I do?

not much you can do........if I remember correctly, paypal doesn't cover digital delivery.......so they will refund the payment......

First of all, you violated ebay policy by even listing and selling your gift card the way you did.
Secondly, did you provide the code for the card before the payment had gone through? Did it say "ok to ship" in Paypal indicating the payment had been processed?
I think you are out of luck.

Violated policy how, emailing the code? Happens millions of times a day, and eBay makes beaucoup money on fees. Buyers are covered by both eBay and paypal so that policy restriction is really just a warning to sellers that they are not covered.
OP, MC010 usually means you have to call eBay because it normally involves an account restriction. You won't get paid because the buyer said it was an unauthorized purchase (basically, you got scammed); and you don't have tracking showing delivery.
*******How about ebay stops running scripts on the boards that slooooooowwwww things down?*******and add "beaucoup" to the spellchucker...arggghhhhh

eBay policy states that if they are going to sell digital items... they have to make the listing a certain way and in certain catagories.
They have to list them as a classified listing (9.95 a month)

As an ecard had they listed it correctly he would have been covered on both PayPal and eBay... as it is the OP is out of luck.
