eBay tracking glitch - info from eBay team mate

For what it's worth.  After over 2 hours on hold I was finally able to speak with an eBay employee.

Official word is "We hope to have it fixed within 48 hours ~ AND ~ if not by then at least by the next seller evaluation which is July 20"

Yes, July 20, 2018 if you are on the 3 month evaluation period.

Employee did not say anything about those on the yearly evaluation period.  I would imagine the July 20, 2018 date would cover both.

Even 48 hours is a long time for such a huge glitch to be fixed.

Hopefully nobody's account gets closed if they miss a tracking upload before the fix.
