They messed up my shipping label. Very simple request (my 5 yr old nephew can do it)
They broke their own company policies (They voided my shipping label without me agreeing to, which should not be allowed by ebay)
They refuse to admit their mistake and refuse to provide any help.
They have low standard customer service, keep hung up on me, and for that they charge me 12.9% sellers fee, without releasing my fund. They are stealing from people blind.

1. Can I buy a second shipping label?
2. Can I ask eBay to void the one I won't use?
You may want to ask
1. Can eBay make a mistake?
To that question the answer is always yes. everyone can make mistakes. But it is unacceptable to run away from it, especially for eBay CS.
If I just want to make ebay look bad, you won't even know there is a first shipping label unless you are with eBay customer service. But I told everyone about what I did. I have nothing to hide since I am following the rule even though I have second thoughts.

how exactly did they mess up your shipping label? How exactly did they void a shipping label without you agreeing to it? Their is more to this story that we are not hearing about so before you put all of the blame on eBay, maybe give us the whole story and screenshots of exactly what they did.

Actually they shouldn’t be allowed to void shipping labels even if the seller agreed or asked them to, according to their higher level CS people. But they did that and did it wrong. And they refuse to admit.

I’m curious since I may not be familiar with eBay. How did you know the details about my complaint such as which item and how much it worth? I didn’t see there is an active listing in my account. Are you from the eBay customer service? I would like to communicate with you directly.

I'm not clear on what happened here, but if you used one of the labels by mailing the camera, then it can't be voided once it is scanned by USPS. The other label could be voided online, but I've never heard of ebay voiding them. Since you also claim they aren't allowed to, you seem to know more about that than I do.
We can see the camera you sold in your sold listings.

Yes eBay sucks and continues to suck for sellers. I just had a buyer receive the EXACT item that I listed. The buyer then decided they purchased the wrong item and decided to say that they received the wrong item. I spoke to an agent who saw they received the exact item I listed. The buyer even posted a pic of the exact item, however the agent said there is nothing they can do because the Buyer claimed they received the wrong item. Of course the buyer escalated and decided in the buyers favor. So I am now out shipping fees both ways because the buyer did not even look at pics. eBay used to be good but now SUCKS! I cannot wait until a real competitor surfaces. They now charge more than ever and even charge fees for shipping. They have outsourced to people who struggle to use the English language and quite frankly are not that intelligent. What a travesty and **bleep**ty service.
