eBay stole my money? I can't believe!

Hello,

My shop works since 2008, I never had problems with payments.

Funds are sending to my bank monthly. But one day my bank returned the payment back to eBay because it was checking my bank account just for few days. But within two months the money still did not appear in my eBay balance! Surely my bank provided me transaction invoice transfer with all documents. Next payments are going as usual.

Already 2 month I am write to support without success every few days.... They "are trying to solve the problem", "appreciate your patience and understanding during this process", "your case has been further escalated for investigation", "IT team is working".... Last time there is not reply at all.

Already 2 month no results, the sum is almost 3000 euro.

I would be very grateful for any useful advice on what to do in such situation,

Do you use a checking account or Payoneer to receive payments?

You may want to try a European eBay site.

This is the US .com site and for US sellers the requirements are different.

You are listed as in Lithuania.

That could be part of the problem, Wise is not a bank.
