eBay standard envelope should be available for other categories!
Cloth patches from police, military, organizations, etc. clearly meet the stated requirements for weight, etc.

It is a troublesome service, not ready for prime time, and I suspect Ebay knows it and until it improves, it will not be expanded.
I would not wish it on my enemies.

It is a mess. No tracking but it has tracking...LOL
Sellers putting coins in a standard envelope because "only" eBay saids it is OK to do that.
Better using a .66 stamp to mail domestic for a patch.
