eBay removed my listing saying it’s counterfeit I don’t sell counterfeit items at all

I have been selling on eBay for 3 years now and they have taken some items down saying it was counterfeit I get my items from a government auction that by law can’t even sell me counterfeit items eBay can’t even help me when I talked to them I told them I have the receipts but yet here we are with a 3 day account suspension and listings removed has this happened to anyone else I think eBay needs to handle these types of situations better because now Facebook has marketplace that doesn’t do this kind of thing

This has happened to everyone at one time or another. 

Premier dead sea once removed something genuine just because I undercut their price. Some companies use the DMCA to eliminate competition. All a company has to do is file a trademark complaint and it's done...nothing a consumer can do about it. 

You could have a signed notarized receipt from the supreme court and it would be worthless.

I think also that since it's inception competitors and other's are able to get eBay to pull sellers stuff just by accusing them of something. Been at this for 23 years and have seen it and been the victim of it.

Hi, I have been selling on eBay for 18 years. Recently a buyer reported a shirt as counterfeit to get free shipping return. Ebay robot went through around 1400 of my listings and just started saying looks counterfeit. Bam listing gone. They did this with at least 8 listings. I had the same items in all sizes but they only picked certain sizes. They were ruining me as I buy large quantities from licensed companies. I have all receipts and invoices for my purchases back to 2004. Nobody at eBay cares or would change anything. Just kept sending letters to not relist them. I have won every VERO complaint from every company that my items were pulled! There have been quite a few.  I am literally sitting on hundreds of items in one certain size while all the other sizes are okay. I talked to reps until blue in the face. I have invoices on major supplier letterheads and eBay will not even look at them. Nobody filed a VERO complaint, eBay just says "More than likely they are fake"  I have proof they are actual licensed items and eBay does nothing to help. I have cut my listings in half and continue to move elsewhere.

This has just recently happened to me. 5 Items were randomly removed for the supposed 'counterfeit' reason. One of the items is not even a real physical item, it is a service, how can a service that I provide be counterfeit?

It seems to be time I move to a competitors market place.

It is happening to sellers more frequently now with the implementation of AI. If you do a search, various other forums where sellers complaining of items getting hit with a **bleep** listing violation.

I always tell people, offload them somewhere else until the Bozos at eBay realize AI isn't the future.
