Our account had 90,934 active listings last night, and we added 1,549 new listings today. Currently there are only 60,484 listings left in our account, and the listings count is still dropping. Over 30k listings had already been ended, for unknown reason.
We called eBay, and the CSR could not figure out a possible reason. All we were told was that the listings were ended by seller for "not available" reason. CSR also confirmed there was nothing wrong with our eBay account, no warning, no violation as such.
We process all our listings via file exchange, and we only authorized PriceSpeatre to have access to our account. We knew we did not end our listing manually, or via file exchange today. PriceSpectre confirmed that they did not have capacity to end our listings. On the other hand, we have revoked all tokens for any third party. Still, our listings are still ended, in batch of 1000 listings.
Any seller ever experienced such situation?
Any eBay staff could please offer any help?
Thank you in advance!

are you able to relist the items?

You're sure it's not an account takeover.........passwords not changed? any employee access disabled? That many at a time would sound like a program of some sort is doing, either your end or ebays.......

Are the listings, Poof? Or are they there and you can re-list them? Have you been hacked?? Have a former employee you granted access that is not happy?
I'd blame it on Putin's team, but they seem busy at the moment.
What a mess. Hope you can get to the bottom of it quickly!

Sorry, forgot to mention that the password was changed as well.
Thank you!

We picked up one ended listing to relist, and did not see any issue.
We have no one leaving the team, so probably we could rule out former employee.
We don't know if the account was hacked or not, but believe the chance might be slim. On the other way, the password got updated.
Thank you!

A year or two ago, eBay began removing old listings that had no sales within a year’s time. Could that be what is happening here? Are the listings that are disappearing long-tail items?
Below is the policy that discusses why eBay removes listings. (There is a link in the policy to connect with eBay if you find your listings have been removed.)

We'll only remove a listing for one of the following reasons:

A few years back there was an eBay glitch where sellers listings ended. I was one of the unlucky ones and had to relist over 800 listings. This was back when I used to do lots of variation listings and some with several quantities. It was a pain to relist those. Hopefully that isn't the case for you.

Wow.......down to l79 listings from the 59, 000 I saw last nite..........

Could it be that your listings are being removed based on a violation of the photo policy with all the text overlay?

Yea I’m seeing only 11 right now. At first I thought what some others said here... if you were hacked. But I guess time will tell on that as you bulk relist them back up.
I can 100% confirm what @zanmart said about the stupid listing ending glitch. I was a victim of that too a few years back. And like zanmart, all of my listings were multi variation. I remember contacting ebay then and they couldn’t tell me any reason why it was happening. I basically had to relist everything back up. One agent mentioned it was probably “intentional” due to some issue ebay had with the UPCs linked to my items. I thought that was an excuse they pulled out of their butts to try and explain something they couldn’t. But I still complied as I was relisting EVERYTHING. I think the removals lasted about a little less than a week.

Just a few minutes ago it was 180 - now it's 2 - probably 0 by the time I post this.

The glitch is likely intentional as ebay does collect listing fees over x listings per month. It's another way for them to collect money off the community.
