eBay keeps removing my listing WTH?

There are lots of sellers listing Phenibut but I get targeted with a listing violation? Phenibut is considered a nootropic and eBay keeps accusing me of things that I didn't even claim..

So what is it? First they say it's a narcotic, then a legal high then pseudoephedrine?

eBay doesn't allow members to list or sell narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.

Although some drug-related substances (such as pseudoephedrine) may be legal in some areas, we still don't allow members to sell them on eBay because of their potential to cause harm to eBay members.

Listings containing language suggesting a product will provide a "legal high" or implying an herbal product is a substitute for drugs are also not allowed.

You have the freedom to sell what ebay says you can sell on their web site.

Try using the word Ivory in a listing, even if it is just ivory color, the bots will pull it in a heart beat.

Bots do not know context, they see the word ivory, and know there is a ban on the sales of ivory.

Like wise if just one of the 50 states bans the sale of an item, ebay bans all sales of the item.

Heck, I can't post a picture of a FW-190 that you can buy brand new in 2016, because it has symbols on the tail, from the german air force.

But, hey just keep relisting the restricted item.....

I got lots of violations before..  Besides, they are not my future concern if selling freedoms are limited anyway.

Sounds like a win/win scenario; you and eBay don't need each other.

This thread is a year old, and the OP - the opening poster that you replied to- is no longer registered on Ebay. Yep, he's gone.  Guess he kept listing that same item after he was told not to do so...

As pointed out, this thread is a year old. What does the email say about why your listings were removed? You're already breaking on policy with the two listings you have up. Plus your titles suck...good luck!
