Something one might keep in mind, as has already been alluded to, is that if you opened an account while you were under suspension, that was a policy violation. Every time you started another account while under suspension, that was ANOTHER policy violation. It matters not if it was you that owed money, you were associated with a suspended account and therefore it was a policy violation. It doesn't take too many policy violations to get booted. ebay has plenty of sellers and they may feel that one less possibly problematic seller gone is to their benefit.
I would suggest that ebay told you the reason for the suspension early on and didn't think it necessary to repeat themselves every time you opened a new account, nor had a desire to. I doubt if an 'LLC' makes an iota of difference to ebay, other than to tell them that you may be a problematic seller.
Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.
