So I sell many products on different ebay accounts and all of them are up to date on fees and have outstanding performance. This account I made was for toys. Before anyone says they tell you the reason they banned the account... this is the message I have received. Which is unclear and very vague. Also I have called them several times to try to resolve the issue they stated "we can not disclose that information".
Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, select Help & Contact at the top of most eBay pages.
We removed the following listings:
Thanks,
eBay
Any advise?

Yeah they were pretty useless

I’m fairly pro-eBay/pro-buyer, but I find the eBay handling of account terminations to be puzzling and scary.
Sellers fret over formatting, two clicks vs one, MBG, waiting a few days for payments, etc., but the ability to lose selling privileges with the blink of an eye is a real concern.
My heart goes out to you - your situation is horrible.

It appears there may be multiple reasons I'm afraid low feedback score being maybe one reason
the main one might be as another members post stated the seriously overdue fee balance that was owed
or trying to sell items that eBay kept pulling
take your pick
fact is your id's have been banned apparently for life
Good news is life goes on and eBay is not the only game in town there are other on line shopping/selling sites.

"Also during covid I had no control of postal service slacking on their job and some customers complaint weren't accurate."
The Post Office had issues but to say they were slacking on the job is offensive and insulting. They were beyond capacity with the volume of online purchases due to Covid.

All any of us can do is "guess" why the ban........that last "violations of the ebay community" makes me think you've had alot of out of stocks/failure to deliver/seller did not respond.......but that should show up on your seller dashboard......
Again, I suggest you try to contact them thru facebook.........You aren't going to get anywhere with normal CS reps.......they don't have any power to reinstate you.......

I did, and it says your suspension is final and cannot be apealed.
Good luck in your future endeavors, wherever they lead you.
Because by posting publicly on this account you have linked it to a suspended one, so I assume this one will be suspended soon as well.

The OP did not lose selling privileges in a"blink of an eye". Let's recap.
1) The OP and partner had an account suspended for not paying their bill. That did not happen in the blink of an eye, and that is not just a violation policy but a violation of business ethics and common sense.
2) And just to be clear - although the OP keeps referring to the "partner's account", the OP admitted early on that it was a joint venture.
3) While the OP's first account was suspended, the OP circumvented that suspension by continuing to sell on another account. This is another violation of eBay policy.
4) And let's be clear again - the OP's title to this threads says eBay "keeps banning my accounts" which indicates to me that this happened more than once. Which means each time it happened, the OP was violating policy and pounding another nail into the OP's own coffin.
5) Finally, it should also be noted that the OP and the partner did not seem to have any intention of paying of the debt from the first account until it started affecting the OP's other accounts.
"My new partner that I have the other account with under the LLC had his account suspended for owing eBay $270 which he was forced to pay by me 2 days ago."
The OP's own words indicate to me that the impetus for bringing that suspended account up to date was not out of a sense of fairness or obligation, but rather it was done reluctantly in the hope of reinstating the other accounts.
So I guess I would disagree with your overall sentiment that this came out of the blue and that other sellers should be worried about it happening to them.

I think you may have misunderstood the Chrome password warning. It does not mean your eBay account(s) has been hacked.
Change unsafe passwords in your Google Account
"You can find out if passwords in your Google Account may have been exposed, are weak, or are used in multiple accounts. Then, you can change any unsafe passwords to keep your accounts more secure."
In short, if a site you're registered with has experienced a data breach, you'll receive the "compromised passwords" message. If your passwords are not complex enough (not long enough, not containing varied characters, etc.), you'll receive the message. If you use the same password or username/password combination for multiple sites across the internet, you'll receive the "compromised passwords" message.
Again, receiving that message does not mean your eBay account(s), or any other accounts you have on any site, has been hacked.

1) You must have misunderstood. HE HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT HE DID NOT PAY OR HAD NO INTENTION OF PAYING.
2) I stated I opened an account with him after. This is a whole new account that was 3 days old.
3) After that account was banned my other accounts did not get banned. And according to the rep. I could continue to sell on them just not open a new one
wow you are terrible at reading and absorbing information 😕

Useful information but does that mean there was no possibility ?

20% of my packages weren’t getting to the destination in time and half of those remained lost with me having to give a refund.

This account is 98.3 %
You have a grand total of 8 negatives in the past 12 months
If you think that is good ???
Anyway seems eBay has made their call
