eBay’s rules very clearly state if a return is initiated but the buyer doesn’t return the item in 15 days the return will be closed and the seller will be protected from any negative feedback. Yet that’s EXACTLY what happened to me and somehow my request to get the feedback removed was denied. So essentially they’re giving power to buyers to buy items then give bad/untrue reviews in hopes you will give them a discount or refund while they keep your item. With Amazon, Temu, and tik tok being more seller friendly it’s time to move on completely away from eBay. Worst site to sell on I’ve actually never been more excited for a company to go out of business

And I simply stated that that’s COMMON SENSE and didn’t need to be explained as though it was rocket science and that it has been over a month since the incident so it was irrelevant

If its been over a month and irrelevant, why did you start a thread about it?

Because I recently just found out how to get ahold of customer service and they weren’t even up to date with their own policies. Again, not rocket science to understand.

Who said it was, besides you?As you said, its over a month ago,and I dont see that fb being removed. Its just with your very few sales, it hit your positive feedback hard. The seller would have to 'win' the case to prevent negative fb, sounds like your case just timed out, thats not the same as winning in a dispute.

With your hundreds of positive feedback reviews, 1 negative isn’t going prevent a buyer from making a purchase with you.

Huh? I see forty three seller feedbacks, thats why her positive rating score is only 85%, because of one negative feedback.

That's if someone is interested enough to refine by 'received as seller' only. I'm guessing most will just find the 1 one negative and read it, and the seller's reply to it. Then they will see that the buyer is either a partial refund extortionist or a gross weirdo who is putting their head on a used pillow that they chose to keep instead of returning it.

Oh you can accomplish closing all of them in about 15 seconds or so by using the Bulk Editor.

No you didn't "simply" state that. You were rude. Now it could be that you don't recognize that because it is your normal way to talk to others, IDK. There are lots of people that don't understand the difference between 15 days and 15 Business days. But that is now water under the bridge. As far as I know that difference was resolved earlier in this thread.

What? There is a link at the top and again at the bottom of every Ebay page where you can click into Customer Service. There are other ways to contact Ebay as well, but how to contact Ebay isn't a hard thing to find.

You actually cannot contact eBay directly easily 🤡🤡 they actually have to call
you after you get to the correct help section IF you navigate it in a very specific way otherwise it just takes you to a help desk with different topics and automatic chat agent that said the return was closed and therefore wouldn’t give me an option to talk to an agent. I had to basically go under a completely different topic about another item and was finally able to get someone to call me back. Yall think you know so much and only prove how much you don’t know. And also what a life you don’t have to be this concerned. I pity you

And you were rude as well and first for that matter so what is your point? Bc you claim you weren’t rude? If that’s the case I can claim I wasn’t as well. The narcissist inside of you is telling you that only your perception matters when in actuality you are in no position to point fingers. And if you come from someplace where “lots” of ppl don’t know what business days are I suggest you move

You are correct. They have not had a Call Center since they shut it down due to the Pandemic in 2020. But you can still contact Ebay.
Oh you are such a delight to converse with. I hope that the rudeness you display all over this thread somehow makes you feel better.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

I agree…26 years with them, they do not stand behind the sellers. I state on my listings, NO RETURNS, which means nothing to Ebay. They don’t even question the sellers, just refund these buyers, take the money out while I’m trying to make a living. Why state NO REFUNDS ..it doesn’t mean anything. I’m looking for another way..we pay them enough, and I don’t get nearly as many hits as I used to. I think people are catching on

I don't think eBay will miss a seller with 85.7% positive feedback.
