I had two sales well over a month ago. Now eBay is charging me for the shipping and other fees. However, I haven't seen MY MONEY FROM THE SALES! They're not in PayPal, PayPal has not sent them to my bank account. What I earned from the sales have magically disappeared, yet the cost of my making the sales is bright and clear in eBay's site.
What do I do to get my money? And WHERE IS MY MONEY? It's never shown up anywhere.
And I can't find where to email or call eBay. Can someone please let me know how to resolve this problem?
Thank you for your help. And I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU.

Likely you haven't completed the identity verifications with PayPal so your money is in limbo. Same thing happened to me when I first started selling. Took one phone call to fix. Not sure how it didn't occur to you to call sooner? A month sounds pretty ridiculous.

Recent sales don't just vanish is it possible you were somehow scammed?

Best case scenario: "you haven't completed the identity verifications with PayPal so your money is in limbo"
Worse case scenario: "is it possible you were somehow scammed?"
The previous posters and I suggest that you check your PayPal account. Quickly. Good luck.

I think they were scammed because they say the money is not in their PayPal account. All legit ebay sales can be found in PayPal (unless your in MP). If PayPal used you can track back by date and find the payments and trace from there. The fact he hasn't seen his money indicates a big possibility some crook scammed his money and he still has to pay normal fees.

I've been here 20 years and it's happening to me, too. eBay has some bull**bleep** called "processing payment" even though the buyer and I both have verified PayPal accounts. Is there a new "limbo" caused by this other payment system ebay is setting up?

You've migrated to Managed Payments. I've been in for over a year and see my buyers' deposits in my bank account in 4 business days. Yes... compared to PayPal processing, it's considered to be "in limbo'. But it's all we have now.

If you created your shipping label through Ebay, the payment from your buyer should have been recorded on the sale. Or did you ship the item when Ebay did not say the transaction had been paid for?
You are a new seller, so there are extra steps for you in the beginning. One of those steps is that PP will hold your money for a certain period of time. It isn't accessible to you for a certain period however if you print your shipping label through Ebay, the shipping cost can be deducted from the amount held in PP.
If Ebay is now charging your for shipping and the FEES FOR SELLING on Ebay to your Monthly Seller invoice, then you may have used Fedex for your shipping. That gets charged to your monthly invoice and not until Fedex has verified that you weighted the item correctly and paid the correct price for shipping.
So go back to your PP account and look closely at transactions there. See if you can spot your buyer's payments. Enough time has passed that you should have access to the funds, but just in case there is an issue, look for the actual payment in your PP account.
Another thing you can do is go to your ALL Sold items. There is a drop down menu for each of your sold items. Find the option to VIEW PAYMENT. Click on that and it should take you to the exact payment in your PP account. I
You don't sell in a category where people often scam others by sending them fake payment notifications. But stranger things have happened.
Just take a closer look at your information and see what it may tell you.

You have a completely different issue than the OP of this thread. As you know, you are in MP. It is a big change to be sure and very difficult to adjust to. Your money isn't being held, it is being processed. MP's process is extremely different than PP's process. It takes a bit of getting use to.
Your sale on the 4th is likely not to be paid out to you until Monday or Tuesday. MP only does Bank Transfers on Business days.

"What do I do to get my money? And WHERE IS MY MONEY? It's never shown up anywhere."
After you made the sale and before you shipped the order to the buyer, was the money then in your paypal account? Did you check your paypal account for payment before you shipped? If not, why do you think you were paid and if there wasn't any money in paypal after sale, why would you ship the order?
Were you paid for the other order? Have you ever been paid for any sale and the money showed up in paypal?

You mean all this could have been avoided if the OP had just read some of the notices about managed payments that we have been getting for YEARS?
