Does anyone know how to get the US eBay concierge. I am so tired of the overseas call center.

I may be wrong, but I've been with eBay for over 10 years now - and I have never known eBay to have one. Have you tried making a long distance call to the US call center? Or better yet, post your issue here in the AC and perhaps another member can assist.

Its an invitation only program, attending the eBay Open will get you in though.

Well then, I am ready for my invitation. I guess eBay open next year!? Maybe. I can hang out with the RockStar and that Crazy NY dude.

You have to have one of the higher level stores to get the conceirge. Which levels I'm not sure.

Both Anchor and Enterprise subscribers have access to dedicated customer support by phone or email, whenever they need it.
There is this qualifier though - Sellers must have a valid eBay registration and shipping address in the US. Not valid for shipping addresses in the US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes.
Good Luck Selling!

I was one of the first people in Australia to get eBay Concierge. You get it based on being at the top, as I was in the top 3% of sellers in this country that is how I earned it. Other than that the people who attended eBay open this year got Concierge. When I call I used to get good reps in USA, but lately get reps in the Philippines. The only good thing is I can email eBay directly and get a response in 24 hours. And get them to call me if I press that option. The service will save you call waiting time. You won't get any extra favours from eBay for buyer trouble just because your Concierge though.
