You'll have to do the math yourself. There are several factors including the address buyer enters at checkout which determines sales tax, shipping (when using calculated), etc that will affect the fees so eBay can't provide a firm number before the buyer pays.
I generally use a fixed percent based on category, avg sales tax across the country, etc. and use that to estimate where I'll land on each item after eBay fees.
