I've noticed that some of my Active Listings that I can see and edit on my Seller Hub Active Listings page:
Your Active Listings Page
....are not showing up in Search on the buyer site eBay.com.
I'm working to nail down how many of these there are. I know for sure that some are listings that did appear yesterday on eBay.com. I've tried editing the listings to see if they reappear in Search on eBay.com. (That didn't work.) The listings are not sold out. (Quantity Available > 0)
I've tried searching using 2 different PC browsers and from different eBay accounts. I've also tried searching using the eBay Android Mobile App. The same listings are missing in each of these Searches.
Please answer the folllowing 2 questions:
1. Are any of you seeing similar discrepancies for your listings?
(Remember if you have any Second Chance Offers listed that they don't appear on eBay.com but count in your totals on Active Listings in Seller Hub.)
For example, cross-check the number of Fixed Price listings on your Active Listings vs the number of your Fixed Price listings on eBay.com.
2. Do you know of reasons why some Active Listings would stop showing up in Search on eBay?
Thanks in advance for staying on topic.

I'm seeing the first one, both in a search for the item # and then in a price narrowed down search for Dollar Shave Club
That shows 53 sold,a number sold yesterday
That shows 53 sold, a number sold yesterday
I do NOT see 162684513663 in either active/solds/or completeds......
Are you sure you have the #'s right? Or that you don't have a filter in place that would exclude them? If you did an exact copy of the first one, the 2nd one could have been pulled as a duplicate.......

The item number 162684513663 is correct. It's not pulling in search but you can go directly to the page: ebay.com/itm/##########
I think it just hasn't indexed yet.
The listings are for the same item, but the seller changed it from item + ship cost to increased item cost + free ship. Both listings are active and I would definitely be concerned about a duplicate listing violation if I were the seller.

Please see my other recent post. The original item returned to appearing in active search results several minutes ago, after (I won't say because) I made minor edits. Yes the numbers are right. No filters in place. No it's not an exact copy of the listing.
Both listings have been active the entire time. The original one was showing up when searching for Completed or Sold listings....however it was an Active listing all along, as I demonstrated earlier. It just wasn't appearing in ebay active search results.
It's the eBay Search bug.

I pulled up 162648520200 no problem
Then I search for Dollar Shave Club and out of 134 listings yours was #1
So what's the problem?

thanks. Please read the other posts.
The problem was that my top selling item on its top sales days (weekend) was missing for half a day from search results for no reason.

During the half a day that my listing was missing from Search results on eBay.com today, another seller sold 6 of that item at the same price.
