If I subscribe to the basic store, what NEW seller tools will be available to me? Can I have sales, discounts, and coupons?

Just so you are aware that getting a store doesn’t change whatever your current selling limits are. You would get a $25 Coupon for shipping supplies with the eBay logo.  You get no more or less sales with a store than without. Seller fees are slightly reduced for stores.

You will spend $25 a month for no good reason.

Without a Store you have 250 FREE listings monthly.

You may even get more FREE listings in occasional promotions.

Until you regularly use all of those, a Store is not economical.

There are benefits to having a Store, but they are not worth $25 a month until you can use all of those 250 Free Listings you get without a Store.
