When I put the tracking number, the carrier name autocomplete/suggestion , doesn't work. Any idea why?

don't know where you are trying to put......what country....... you are in Israel and the carrier just may not be recognzed.

I am talking about the carriers who are recognized by eBay: China Post, USPS, Singapore post etc'.

The specific tracking number there, has no meaning for solving the problem.

Just for the sake of trying, please try to type "USPS" or "Singapore Post". It DOES NOT auto suggest carriers like it did until very recently, regardless of what tracking number you enter (But If you always ship your items with USPS, you won't understand what I'm talking about, since USPS still pops-up by default).

Likely a browser related issue. (bet you are using Chrome)

Did you recently update (or allow to be updated) your browser?

Well, even in the USA it has been glitchy for a few years.

We just type USPS and go about our day, and skip the one second that it took.

Yup, happens to me now and then. It's a minor annoyance, but I try to not let it ruin my day.

Guys, you need to understand. This is not 2-3 times of uploading the tracking number for USPS, each day.

I'm talking about 40-50 times of tracking uploading from MANY carriers, every day.

We ship from China with multiple accounts, and each shipment is done with a different carrier. So typing the name of the carrier without autocomplete, not only causes mistakes, but also don't tell us which carrier is recognized by eBay and which is not, for scanning reasons.

That's why the autocomplete is so important. It really has made our life MUCH easier

Anyone one has an idea why it stopped working?? (I've tried also with Firefox and Edge browsers).
