eBay authentication program is flawed !

 eBay is returning a pair of sneakers that passed authenticity but they say there is no size tag. The size tag is literally posted in my photos. Is there anything that can be done ?

Mostly likely not. To escalate this, you will need an act of congress and your own law firm. May not be worth the hassle.
