eBay / USPS rate increase 08.29.2021

It was announced on Thursday, August 28, 2021, that standard envelope rates were increasing on Sunday, August 29th, to correspond with the USPS price increase.  (These are the 51 cent / 1 ounce labels.)  On Friday, August 27th and Saturday August 28th, when I printed our labels, I was charged the *new* price of 53 cents that was not supposed to go into effect until 8/29/2021.  However, I noticed the labels printed with the expected 51 cent postage.  Did anyone else notice this?

...had seen "eBay Standard Envelopes" with new rates as 53 cents and 91 cents were mailed out on Friday 08/27/21...some was delivered today Monday 08/30/21...

...btw, time posting is confusing...the correct days and dates are, Thursday 08/26/21, Friday 08/27/21, and Saturday 08/28/21...

...hoping sellers whom using this types of envelope won't be scammed by buyers in INR case as no tracking number to be scanned for USPS...
