Does anyone still do this? I have quite a bit of Waterford Crystal from my in-laws that I would like someone to sell for me. All of it is still in the original packaging. I’m in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.

There is no longer a trading assistant program. You should advertise locally. On FB or CL. Unless you are willing to take responsibility for taxes, seller fees, returns, shipping, supplies & possible fraudulent transactions, not to mention paying out a hefty fee to that seller (about 50%), I doubt you'll get any bites here on this forum. Sorry.
Good luck to you regardless!

There are a lot of postings like yours lately. You may find someone willing to do this but their percentage is probably going to be in excess of 50% of the net from the sales and you may have to wait a considerable amount of time before the items sell and the consignee pays you. Your consignee would be taking on all the risks and financial issues associated with selling on eBay which could/would include: federal and state taxes, shipping and potential damage, returns, item not received claims, not as described claims, chargebacks..............
You may be better off finding a local consignment auction house or estate sale company to handle the sale of the items. Their fees are probably going to be about the same as what a consignee would require but they consignee takes on the risk and you would get your funds much quicker and potentially move the items a lot quicker.

Glass can be a nightmare to ship. Most shippers have chimpanzees working behind the scenes.
