Suspension question

Has anyone ever received a suspension after listing an item? If so, why and who do you contact to fight the suspension? I have no idea what I did wrong?

Suspicious buyer?

My item listed at £475 sold at around 2am to an account that was created the same day.Additionally their address has some sort of code in it: "eBay" followed by numbers and letters. Should I be concerned?
