eBay Store Seller Supplies ??? what happened to our $25 - $50

Just wondering what happened to the $50 we use to get for eBay mailing  supplies. I got it every six months and have not seen anything since February. Did they discontinue giving Store Sellers this stipend?  If I have to buy my own mailing supplies it definitely won't say eBay on it anymore!.

Am I missing something here?

You should see your coupon code, which expires December 30, 2018

It's unfortunate that I see questions so often about those coupons.  It seems many store owners are missing out on using them, since it isn't obvious where to find them.

They no longer accept paypal so most folks won't purchase their shipping supplies anyway...

No way will I let the coupon go unused.  If I go over a couple dollars I always put it on my charge card anyway.

Yea it's a shame so many post about the coupons & I think miss out on them
At the very start they always sent messages about our coupons but stopped 
I never let one pass by .
I use them & yes I will also continue to use them even if they don't take the Paypal. 
ebay already has my CC on file to charge my monthly fees to so it's no big deal to me.
