You're in Sri Lanka which means you don't have a method of getting paid that doesn't violate eBay and PayPal policy. For that reason I will say no, you cannot successfully sell on eBay.

Wait until PayPal and eBay change their policies- which may never happen- or find a different (local) venue where getting paid isn't an issue.

You are registered in Sri Lanka. Your government does not allow you to receive payments from outside of your country so you can't sell here.

@mega_ceylon_store- Did you learn somewhere that posting on this forum is a way to sell more stuff or get an increase to your selling limits? If you did- you should know that it's not in the slightest bit true. Spread the word to all the other sellers in Sri Lanka on whatever local forums you use to discuss eBay.

And be prepared- by posting publicly while you're violating policies about location and payment, you're opening yourself up to hundreds of people reading this forum that can (and some will) report you. Your account can be suspended permanently.
