So to preface, I've been a long-time seller on eBay primarily selling vintage luxury watches and was put on a restriction in mid-December and then subsequently permanently banned from selling just a few days ago after I had confirmed all outstanding orders either as delivered or returned (as per requested by eBay).
Like you would suspect, I had a healthy boost in holiday sales around mid-November through early December. I fulfilled all orders as I always do and after about 12 sales in December, I was suddenly hit with a manual review which then restricted my account.
Seeing as how the request from me was the confirm all orders as delivered, I didn't really stress over the restriction and took it as a little holiday break for myself and simply waited for the deliveries to come through.
Of all 12 orders, 1 watch was returned by the eBay authenticator as being not as described (this happens to me from time to time without issue), 1 watch strap was seemingly lost in transit as it sat in a Florida distribution center for more than half a month without moving (I refunded this buyer), and one watch was given a negative feedback as the buyer was looking to heckle me on a partial refund (I offered a full refund on return).
When I then submitted all of the tracking showing as either delivered or returned (as per requested by eBay security), I was met with this permanent restriction two days later. The message written to me stated that I had acted in "violation of eBay policy and your behavior posed a risk to the eBay community".
I wasn't able to get any further information regarding the ban and am not sure what to do. Outside of the regular acts of walking on eggshells, I feel like I've acted in accordance as a small time seller.
Any assistance would be amazing. Most of my income was tied to eBay sales.
