Turning these off will not require your buyers to put up a payment source in order to bid on your auctions, or make offers. They can then request a total, or you can send a combined invoice. They can use any payment source eBay allows.
Be advised, however, if you as a seller SEND offers, or accept a counter offer, eBay has changed how those work as well These will be treated like the "immediate payment required" feature and the buyer will have to pay for each individually at full shipping price. You cannot invoice for these and they must be paid separately by the buyer. Buyers no longer have an "accept" button on offers you send. Same goes for counter offers you accept from a buyer. They remain for sale until paid for without the ability for you to invoice for multiple items. This new feature cannot be turned off at all.
