They have removed over 25 listings of mine over the last few weeks for supposed violations. But they aren't actually looking at my descriptions and photos. My listings are NWOT which thousands of sellers have listed the SAME items with the SAME description and SAME condition! They messaged me that I won my appeals on the first ones removed, THEN removed more for the SAME reason 2 days later! **bleep**? eBay? I've contacted 4 different reps who said they will note in my account that they should NOT be removed but it is still happening. I am wasting soooo much time listing things only for eBay to remove them for no reason! 5 STAR ratings across the board mean NOTHING. I'm done ranting... now at this point, just asking for help. Please?

Regardless of what other sellers have listed, if yours are being removed, don't continue relisting them. You're on the radar now and will find yourself suspended. As far as the reps saying they'll "note in your account" . . if you read the boards long enough, you'll see a hauntingly familiar pattern for being told by them what you want to hear. Sorry I couldn't help you more other than to give you a heads up.

Don't compare yourself or your listings to what other sellers do. If they are breaking a rule, Ebay will likely catch up with them. Not at the same time the do with you, but likely at some point.
Ebay also doesn't require us agreeing with them when they do this kind of stuff. So because you don't agree with their reason doesn't mean they were wrong. It simply means you don't agree.
Would you please copy the email here onto the thread. That way we can see exactly what they are telling you as it would give us more information to actually more accurately help you. Black out any personal information.

A bit more detail on the items that eBay is removing would be helpful otherwise it's difficult to provide any suggestions or advice.

@yellow-snapdragon , we hear this same scenario, regularly, over and over here in the forums.
The most important piece of advice i can offer: do not relist the removed items!! Even if customer service says it is safe to do so. Some reps will just tell you what you want to hear, sadly, and the consequences can be irreparably damaging to your ability to sell here.
This is imperative to save your selling privileges. eBay penalties are cumulative. One violation is not going to hurt your account, but multiple violations—especially of the same infraction—will first raise your Final Value fees, and then lead to account restriction with no appeal.
What violation and item is the alleged problem??

After taking a closer look at your items, is it the underwear being removed? Pre-owned undies are not allowed. Does eBay have a problem with the quantity of untagged vintage panties?
