Hello,
Hope everyone having a good day!
I want to know whether a 36% deduction in monthly eBay fees (including shipping costs) is high or reasonable, how can I evaluate this? We purchase shipping labels through eBay, which adds to the cost. Is this percentage typical for overall sales, or are we paying too much?
Please Help me on this matter.

IMHO your question is fundamentally flawed.
Generally speaking, on eBay you pay final value fees of 40 cents plus 13.25% of the total amount the buyer pays. That is basic math, so there is no point in asking whether it is "reasonable" and there is really nothing to "evaluate" - you either agree to pay those fees, or you don't list it.
The cost of shipping is not an eBay fee. It is the cost of buying a shipping label from the carrier. And again, the carrier charges what they charge - you either agree to pay that postage, or you don't list it.
Let me give you two examples:
1) You buy an item for $25 and list it for $100 with free shipping and it costs $10 to ship. So you collect $100, and pay $13.65 in fees and $10 in shipping. After the cost of $25, you end up with $51.35 and in your eyes you paid 48.65% in "fees".
2) You buy an item for $25 and list it for $150 with free shipping and it costs $50 to ship. So you collect $150, and pay $19.88 in fees and $50 in shipping and you net $54.72 and in your eyes you paid 63.52% in "fees".
Here is how I view those same transactions:
In example 1, you invested $25 and kept 79% of your possible profit of $65 and lost 21% of it.
In example 2, you invested $25 and kept 73% of your possible profit of $75 and lost 27% of it.
You certainly need to evaluate shipping costs, but co-mingling your "free shipping costs" with fees just distorts the numbers.

Fees are taking out immediately. So when you purchase a label the fee is deducted from your funds. Also there are fees deducted from not only the sale of the item but the cost to ship and sales tax.

My eBay selling costs vary by month from 27% to 36%.
Sometimes I use eBay postage, other times, I do not.
So your number seems to be in the ballpark.

Ebay fees are one thing. Do you promote your items at a higher percentage than the normal final value fees. It's pretty easy to see the fee percentage by looking at the details of each sale--it is broken down for you.
Since you are including shipping in your 36% figure, you are talking about selling costs. Shipping isn't an ebay fee and it varies greatly depending on what you sell. Of course selling fees include things like your cost which you have to figure in to see what profit you will end up with.

Since you have free shipping and therefore you are paying for the shipping, it is a cost to you. If you feel the shipping cost is too high then you might want to consider calculated shipping. This might save you some money if you are shipping to the west coast.

You may want to check all your listings. Just wanted to let you know that I viewed your items and your TITLE LINE is shown in SPANISH on several items. But when I clicked to VIEW LISTING (item specifics and your description are in English).

Shipping is a cost paid for by the buyer even if the item shows free shipping, because the cost would/should be built into the item price. Shipping is not a fee so would not be used to calculate the percentage. If you under calculated shipping, that would be a loss against profit, still not a fee.
As said, unless you promote your items, the fee would be paid on the total amount the buyer paid which would include item, shipping and sales tax if paid + .40.

For the items you are selling (their prices), I would say 36% is about right.
Mine averages 30% which includes a big variety of sizes and prices.
The little $10 envelope stuff will be 50-60%.
Whereas a small $50 item will be 15-20%

Cost of selling is a given. With that said you need to focus on how to maximize your profit margin1 and remain competitive. Shipping costs can vary widely - depends on weight, size and distance plus carrier and type of service

I read the OP post as a question about actual fees not profit after fees and acquisition cost. I am reading your post as your percentage includes acquisition cost. ?

Is this referring to eBay's Final Value Fee, the price eBay charges sellers when they sell an item.
This varies up and down, depending on category.
I think you are adding things into your knowledge of the FVF that are not part of it and shouldn't be considered such.
If you are listing with a shipping cost paid by the buyer, that is paid by the buyer and is not part of the FVF.
If you are listing with free shipping, you do know that means that you, the seller, are paying for shipping and that fact needs to be accounted for in the listing price for the item?

Unless you are using promoted listings eBay does not charge 36% in FVF's in any category. The actual effective eBay FVF's are a bit higher than the 13.25% that is charged on most categories but it is no where near 36% unless you are promoting. Since you did not provide an item number or any other details if I look at one of our listings as follows and assume it went to a buyer in a state with 6% sales tax and you paid $5.60 to ship then cost breakdown is shown below. There is a difference between the eBay FVF's and selling costs.

Purchasing labels on Ebay is not a fee it's a shipping cost that your buyer pays or you pay if you have " Free Shipping!
