@my-cottage-books-and-antiques agreed! Most of what they announced for Australia (aside from country specific things like Australia Post) have at least been in beta testing here in the US for a while.

Hopefully there's something more in store for us tomorrow!

Yeah, the Fall Seller Update and ebay Open are basically the last two chances they have to give us some new things (or remove some old things) in time to be of help in Q4, and, at least in Australia's Update, there is no indication that they are going to be doing that. But I'm with you.....in a relatively few hours, we'll probably be seeing whether they have anything of real value to announce or not.....

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques one detail I did notice that I believe is new - Promoted Listings Advanced CPC ads will now be shown on listing pages as well as search results. 🙄

And still no word on just when they are finally going to stop "testing" changes on the view item pages....so I guess they'll just keep crowding more ads onto the page throughout Q4....

Nice that some still remain positive when updates come around. So far this week(and it's only Tuesday) I have received messages from eBay regarding an update to TOS which I couldn't find what was new without reading the whole thing, a message for Offsite Ads Beta, a message for Promoted Listing Advanced, eBay Open, and a webinar on Offsite Ads. Do you see a pattern starting to form? There was a time, not too long ago, when I could just sell 30 -50 items a day and eBay would get plenty in FVF's. Now I have to play with 4 different campaigns to try to get the traffic and visibility that is there, but you have to tap into it.

Maybe not for the US, but it could be in Australia which is who it was meant for.

For all of Ebay's crowing about how much they are making this a better place for sellers, the real fact is that Ebay's changes have made it noticeably harder for sellers to simply sell their items here.  Its undeniable the extra work and effort now required to get less sales than before.

I will say they have made it a lot easier to get rid of sellers.

Thanks Ebay, maybe some will believe the sugary propaganda.

We've increased the price threshold for Buy It Now items that require immediate payment.

what price threshold?  Can't see anything about it.....

@dhbookds according to this policy page, the price threshold for IP on BIN is $60,000

However, since the update says they've made changes over the last few months, I'm not sure if that's the new threshold or the old one?
