I'm convinced that eBay Customer Service only exists to frustrate sellers and insulate people higher in the organization from accountability and interfacing with the sellers. If you have a complaint with customer service, the only thing you can do is contact customer service???? I too have asked for a name and contact information for someone to complain to, only for customer service never to provide the information.
Calling eBay Customer Service would be an excellent and more economical alternative to capital punishment!
