eBay / Buyer Rips me over $1000

A buyer claimed not as described when a new MacBook Pro wouldn't accept his Windows software.

He filed a claim which expired. Then another with PayPal after a month. I appealed all as frivolous but they found for the buyer anyway.

Now I'm out a MacBook Pro and eBay says they want the $1000+ purchase price back that they said they had to send to PayPal.

**bleep**!!

How can eBay let this happen and not stand up for their sellers. Been on for 21 year with a 500+ 100% positive transactions.

The buyer has 21 transactions and 0% feedback

All that means is you don't want the item returned, it doesn't mean you won't be refunding.

Have a great day.

Re: eBay / Buyer Rips me over $1000

Super old post, but I'm surprised by how many sellers read through this and still think this OP was in the wrong, then gave such **bleep** advice. He won the Ebay return case because buyer refused to return the item. Buyer then commits fraud and does a charge back through PP or CC Company. This is a bad buyer who already attempted to abuse the INAD return system, when that did not work the buyer committed cc fraud.

Sorry all these sellers gave you **bleep** advice hope you got it worked out and got either your item or money back.

You should have sent PP or the CC Company all the info you had about the delivery, tracking numbers, photos of proof the item was delivered, and screenshots showing you won the Ebay case and the buyer refused to return the item. I have won multiple fraudulent charge backs by simply showing screen shots of all info. As long as the card holders address is the same as the delivery address you have a very good shot of winning Fraudulent CC Charge backs.

You don't seem to understand.

A sellers "no returns" policy is only valid for REMORSE returns.

Because of ebay's money back guarantee, it doesn't fly when someone has a NAD (not as described) return.
