i have sold off almost all my stuff at a big negitive just to get rid of doing business on e bay. they have cheated me out of top seller money, cater to dead beat buyers is just a few of the problems e bay is doing. soon, i will be done with them and it was an expensive lession to learn in life.

Wouldn't donating them have been a better option, then selling at a big loss?
Common sense isn't that common...

I GAVE AWAY OVER $2000 AS GIFTS TO MY SONS AND GRAND SONS. THE REST I SOLD OFF TO PAY ON SOME BILLS. I JUST SHOULD HAVE LOOKED INTO E BAY BETTER BEFORE MAKING THE MOVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IN ALL CONSIDERED, I FEEL I MADE THE BEST CHOICE. IN ANY CASE, WAY TO LATE NOW.

I do not really understand your thinking at all, but if you have made the best choice for you then you must be pleased with it.
I have never sold anything at a loss nor been ripped off by a buyer or by Ebay, but if that was your experience then it sounds like you made the right decision

I get it. I noticed we have a new listing page and I see our "Buyer Requirements" are gone and now I'm getting more hassle-buyers. Insulting offers for listings that doesn't ask for offers. He demands more and more without a single good-manners tone or any Please or Thank yous. Then, a buyer wants a refund for their purchase. They never opened the item when the package itself was opened. Also, a buyer with 'Private' feedback was able to ooze into my listings and hassle me. I handled it all and added to my Blocked Buyer List so I don't need to lose sleep over it, but it's all changed for the worse.
Those Buyer Requirements were the best thing to weed out the obvious bad buyers! And now it's gone.
Depressing...
So, yeah...I get it.

Oh, and riddle me this:
I buy an item on ebay and who delivered it?...........AMAZON!
WTH?!?
Is ebay partnering with Amazon now? How is that going to work for us?

Buyer requirements are the same place they've always been http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
You can't, and have never been able to block buyers with private feedback.

the seller may have just used a box from an item they purchase from amazon and did not remove the amazon tape
