does handling time affect to the visibility of a listing?

because current situation of shipping country , it takes more time to send an item. so i set handing time to 30 days

Setting your handling time to 30 days will probably not benefit you in the long run. Handling time denotes how quickly you ship and a 5-day handling time is considered a long time. So a 30-day handling is quite excessive. It will add to the already long wait times for shipping internationally from your country. It will add a month to the estimated shipping time that eBay shows to buyers. American buyers want fast shipping, so whatever you can do to cut down on the transit times is important.

People want their items fast. 30 days is way too long and if I was buying from a seller who had 30 day shipping, I would move on fast.  I chose 3 day shipping which has worked out well for me. Good Luck

Yes, ebay search will probably push your items down on the list.

Even more though, buyers want FAST shipping. Fast shipping is the BEST way to avoid negatives. If buyers have to wait, especially from another country, they will begin to think you stole from them. By the time they get the item, they'll already be angry and looking for conditions to complain about.

Setting your handling time to 30 days, your account will probably be suspended before you ever ship anything.
