Did you mean:

crossbow

I sold a crossbow on eBay. There was way too many shipping labels purchased for the same device. The shipping charge was only $24. eBay charge me $164 for shipping labels. I only got $.90 for a $300 crossbow it only cost $24 to send an email don’t give a **bleep** about my money. I shouldn’t more packing tape then I Earned the gentleman is very rude. He kept telling me see you got paid $.90. It’s like no there is only one shipping label used you charge me for four shipping. Labels three was never used and they don’t care. Don’t ever buy a shipping label from eBay you’ll lose.

Did you purchase multiple labels. See if you can void the ones that were not used. You only have 5 days to void if I remember correctly.   Each tracking # means that it's a separate shipping label that you paid.

You bought more than 1 shipping label? I'm not following your post..

Why was there 'WAY TOO MANY' shipping labels purchased???

Only YOU can purchase Shipping Labels.

You can go into shipping labels section and void them to get a refund if you purchased too many.

"I only got $.90 for a $300 crossbow it only cost $24 to send..."

I don't know what you got, but you accepted an offer for less than the $125 you had on it... not $300. (For what it's worth, I don't think you could have shipped it USPS Priority for the $25 you had on it, either, but I could be wrong.) Immediately go to Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels and void any that you purchased but won't be using. Know that it takes about 3 weeks to see your refund from USPS. Good luck moving forward.

You should only buy and pay for ONE shipping label.

If you bought more than one, that's on you.

You need to void (cancel) the ones that you're not using, then you'll get a refund.

A big warning appears at the top of the label page if you have already purchased shipping.  It directs you to a page to reprint the label or void the label within certain time constraints.   You must have not noticed.  What more can eBay do than that?  They don't have a department that sends a TikTok video to explain everything.  It's expected sellers will take the time to read and understand the process.

Were you planning to put one shipping label on each side of the box?  That's really not necessary.

Looks like you need to take a little more time about learning how to sell on Ebay.  Clearly you are not out of the woods yet.  I would take the advice of the others who have replied who are long time, experienced sellers and perhaps enroll in the Ebay Academy to help you understand and learn more.  Sorry for your experience.

They were purchased by accident I was trying to re-print the same one I had the only label that was used was the one for $43. All the rest of them are void. You can tell that my check in the tracking number they never went anywhere. I don’t want to throw my money away and useless postage labels

As others here have explained, you can VOID any unused shipping labels.

There is a deadline for doing so, and that may already have passed.

Are you saying you only got paid 90 CENTS, or did you mean dollars?

Home Paper printed labels are not worth a penny until they are scanned. Even if reprinted. Otherwise the label would be good for sending what, to and from the the same addresses.
ive been screwed by ebay before because when shipping, at the post office, they actually weigh and measure dimensions and i have been charged way more than they originally charged.

know actual weight and dimensions when posting.

The trick is ... when you need just 1 shipping label, print out just 1 shipping label.
