Need guide dance or advice.
On an ebay account that have been closed for years I purchased a 2009 Stephen Curry rookie card #321 for my own personal collection.
Last year I decided to sell and I list this card, the card sold and it was found to be fake. Sale was reverse and buyer received his money.
My issue is that ebay have highlighted my unsold page in RED as a punishment's for my action or maybe challenge my ability to read and understand the Counterfeit policy. I do understand all that but my issue is that I know for a fact that I only purchase and sell from the Ebay platform going back to my previous store called dmsportcards with I closed years ago.
My face is now blue of asking for the unfair label removal I have try too many times calling agents to help me at least take down this annoying red label from my account.
I know that is too late to claim anything and realized that I was "taken at the time" and is on me to learn and take the hit on possible more as I continue to list them all with the help of my wife and son spare time.
I do not understand the additional punishment and stress from the negative label have created for us for this situation. There have been other times that I have lost a sale due to my trust on Ebay, but enough is enough and I decided to voiced it now with this one issue and ask the community because it may came again as I continue to list my inventory and collectibles. Clear is that Ebay is also unaware promoting counterfeit and issues like my should most be investigated before this RED label is tattooed into my store and possible buyers and the community in general.
All of this come to light because Im selling out all and my personal collection and inventory due to a diagnosed illness that had impaired maintaining this store.
I will continue promoting and selling honestly and as soon I know of any problem or doubts refunding my customers.
Thank you to those in the community helping to improve our platform.

You are severely overreacting. First, there is no red banner on your storefront or anywhere anyone else can see. It is only for you, and it is only because you had a policy violation recently enough that it's still in your list. Calm down. It's not affecting your sales and no one is out to get you. Just don't do it again.

You apparently sold a "fake" card.
Your responsibility.
Matters not where you got the card.

Can you post a screen shoot of this Red Box? I can assure you that nobody but you can see the "red box".
Did this card go through the eBay authentication process? You say it was rejected, eBay can be kind of vague when when they reject but is often nothing to do with counterfeits but rather they have rejected it because it does not EXACTLY match the condition shown in the listing.
Post a screen shot of the red box and maybe more useful the text from the rejection notice you received (remove or obscure any personal information).

Unless you sold more than one of card 321, I see no red label on your sold listing.
I do not understand why "This is a 2009-10 Topps Stephen Curry rookie autographed trading card featuring a label or sticker autograph certified by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS). The card is a retro parallel variety printed on 20 Pt. card stock and is an original, licensed reprint." would fail authentication unless this statement is untrue, the condition is not as stated, or the authenticator was inadequately experienced to authenticate this card. I would not rule out the last choice, since that is often the case with PSA and other authenticators.
In any case, I do not see any "scarlet letter" being displayed on your listing or store.

It could fail to pass not because it's counterfeit but rather because the stated condition in the listing did not exactly match the item. The notifications from eBay on these rejected items can be very vague leading you to make the assumption it was rejected as a fake when the real reason is that they found a tiny defect on the item that was not mentioned in the listing.
