I would like  community give me an advise. The story was:

I sold one note very rare with many bids, finally one buyer won with high prices.He wanted me sent out to him by 3 day service with UPS. After recieved item..He said he wants return because  Item damagd outside...??

1--My item in my envelope was inside UPS envelope..so if it was damaged, the cause must come from UPS.

2---My item was grading by a grading company with full decription on grading company tag. And in my description I carefully mention bidders:"" No return  if the problem was not from me and sell as it...!!

3--For any reason buyer changed his mind and want return with his own idears, the Ebay tell me agree for return...?? even when I did answer the buyer No Return..? Now I can't find back my answer to buyer thru Ebay maibox..?? then Paypal freed my payment..???

In this case, what I can do, I am not a real seller so I fully comfuse.Please Help...THanks

Ask the buyer to return for a refund.

Sorry, The buyer said already auto send item back without my decision from Ebay.

even I ask for pictures to prove the damages...Bur he sent nothing...

I don't want retern  the item ,when the damage didn't  cause by me...!!

It  showed me  the Item cost high, so he changes his mind...?? and makes up the story to lie with Ebay,,?/

What I can do now....? call Ebay right away or wait until the end time of Ebay notice..?

Sadly nothing will help. You will probably receive a junk item back and he will keep the good Note. Happens all the time. Also PO insurance will not pay. Been there and done that so just will never sell coins and money via Ebay again.

OK..just wait to see what Ebay 's decision...
If Ebay said I am wrong, It shows me Ebay always protect the buyers, and buyers can return items any time he want changing his mind..??,even item always right...??

Fist time I got a scam guy like that.....?? be good guy is very different on web..??

Insurance is for your protection, not the buyers. You may have hurt yourself by not getting it if the damage came while in transit. Say return for refund and hope for the best. Sellers don't often win SNAD cases.
