This may be Dumb Question of the Day but do you routinely fill in the condition description box?
I don't. No real reason why except I put this information in the body of the listing. But is it important to have the info in the condition description box for mobile shopping?

I always do, and detailed too, but I sell things that are *pre-owned* where condition can vary tremendously... on some things a tiny fleabite won't matter much, on something else it's a Big Deal.
So I use that condition description box pretty extensively and then repeat it all again in the description. And in both places, I also add "see PHOTOS" and I am big on a lots of photos...

This is Free space ( Item Condition) for you to highlite your Item. Many buyers don't read descriptions at all, or just glance it over, but the condition box gives you a chance to catch buyers eye, don't waste it, Use it, It's free and not many things on eBay are. I use it on every listing. Good Luck to you.

I do, for all of my listings, and I sell clothing, if that matters.
However, the reason I do it is because quite a few years ago, when the 'condition description' box was rolled out it was required. The system was flagging all of my listings that didn't have anything in that box. Probably not 'required' any longer, now it's just a habit for me.

The condition description is "front and center" on mobile as "Seller Notes" ... so ...
(Lithium is not letting me upload screenshots at the moment *grr*)
And, it used to be that Condition Description was considered part of the "structured listing" and Description was not. Data in the Structured parts of the listing supposedly carry more weight with a dispute ... used to ... don't know if it still does.
I do the same thing as mistwoman ... Condition Description, repeat in Description, see photos
