i cannot add my bank card on ebay payment method kindly help me and reply me compulsory??

This is a community discussion forum, not Ebay.  You are located in Pakistan.  If you are having problems with attaching your bank card for payment you need to contact Payoneer. They can help you.

@Anonymous, because you are in Pakistan, you will need to have a Payoneer account to receive payments. You can't receive payments to a debit card.

Since you posted this on the Selling board, I assumed that you were asking about receiving payments for sales.

If you want to sell here, you need to sign up for Managed Payments and attach a Payoneer account to be paid.
