You need to close your store and account yourself. No one can do it for you. You need to cancel store subscription click this link>> Close store
scroll to the blue button that says “Cancel eBay store subscription” Click this link >>> Close Account then scroll down to the blue button that says “Close Account”.
You have to close your account yourself. It will take awhile. It's not instant. Ebay must be sure no one asks to return anything. If you signed for an annual store and not month to month you will be charged accordingly. And there will be no refund.
