Hi,
Yes, I agree one of seller's message. I don't feel comfortable sending out the orders before I get the payment. eBay forces us to leave. The more I read the discussion the more I want to leave eBay now. I rather look for the other platform to sell my items.
We won't get our payment in 2 or 3 days. Not like PayPal that we get our payment before we ship the orders. we should get the payment before we ship. We have to protect ourselves since eBay doesn't care about its sellers.

Welcome to the real world outside of Pay Pal.
With Pay Pal, they gave us instant access to the funds, even though they wouldn't receive the funds for a couple days.

Buyers pay and immediately their $$ are available for you to pay for shipping (when paying for shipping, at the bottom of the page, click 'take from Pending Payments'.
Don't wait to ship or you will have problems.

I can’t imagine how busy the banks will be handling all the little payments as specialty the less than a dollar auctions. Also, if sellers wait for the payment to show up before shipping the orders there’s going to be a lot of negative feedbacks and open cases for slow shipping. Many buyers will be refunded before their orders arrive.

I can't imagine how broke someone must be before waiting 2-3 days to get paid becomes a problem.

Banks do this automatically...you are about 30 years out of date.

Well said. PayPal worked perfectly. Plus eBay fees went up again.
ebay is history.

Thats not the point. The point is being required to mail out an item before you receive funds in you MP account.

Payments are not sent to the checking account individual for each item sold. Funds are grouped for a "daily" (M-F when funds are available, or "weekly" (Tuesdays) "payout".
I do weekly, and get 2 deposits each week (2 selling accounts)
I ship within my listed handling time when eBay "confirms" the buyer payment.

"I don't feel comfortable sending out the orders before I get the payment."
Well then you might not be cut out to run an on-line selling business. Managed Payments is working perfectly well for me. Weekly payouts are fine. I pay for postage through PayPal. I have the same checking account set up with both MP and PayPal since I already used it for PayPal. We can buy Crypto with PayPal now.

Although not yet in your account, the payment is "confirmed".
I have been in MP for over 21 months. With hundreds of items shipped I have never had a buyer payment fail to "process", and "payout" to my checking account.

I have been in managed payments with six selling accounts for six month.
I always ship when eBay says to ship, and after many hundreds of transactions, I have never failed to receive the payment from eBay.

Well technically they have 90 days (or is it 120?) before they can do a chargeback and get a refund. Perhaps you should wait 120 days before sending the item out, just to be safe.

Once ebay tells you to go ahead and print the label, that money IS available to you for shipping---it IS in what you are calling your "MP account". It isn't in your bank account. And why would you want it to be? Since you would then just have to pay your shipping from your bank account...an added and completely unnecessary step if you simply do what most of us are already doing: pay for your shipping labels with "pending payments".

Can you use the same checking account for the different Ebay accounts now?
Or do still have to have a different checking account for each Ebay account?
