change handling time

Hello---I would like to change my handling time.  I have followed various youtubes and I have followed ebay's suggested method, and some seller methods posted on this forum.  They all say go to active listings, select edit item, click edit fields, click shipping details, click handling time on drop down.  When I click on shipping my drop down does not have handling time.  What am I doing wrong ?

Are you using Business Policies?  If so, you change your handling time on each policy instead.  You can check by going to this link and seeing if you have a list of policies or if it asks if you want to opt in (in case you don't know already): https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage
