category error

To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category.

Never heard of seller being restricted to only certain categories.   All new sellers do have some restrictions (limited to only a few listing and small dollar amount). 

After you prove that you are a reliable seller and have a good track record (ship items on time and no complaints from customers) EBAY should loosen restrictions on your account.

You're located in India and a new seller.  Most likely you have restrictions or limits.  I have read some other posts from India with sellers not being able to sell in certain categories.  My suggestion is to contact customer service in your country and see if they can advise you. One other question...have you gone thru all the proper channels to become a seller here on Ebay?  I see nothing for sale on your site.  If not, go here and get started:

When I started in 2011 I got that message a few times trying to list an item.

Don't remember what the category was, but a few months later I was able to list in the category.
