cant load selling item page

when entering an item I hit list it and the screen turns gray and nothing happens

anyboby know how to fix this

There have been others having odd issues listing lately, but the screen turning gray sounds like a problem with a pop-up message that is not rendering correctly.

Once you get the gray screen, can you click anywhere on the screen to get past that? How about if you change the zoom level, in case there is a close button at the top or bottom?

Try using a different browser. Some browsers are better than others regarding such pop-up messages (if that is what it is), and you may be able to dismiss the pop-up in one browser and then return to your original browser and get past it.
