can't list and update items

I can't list and update my items since 7 days, whenever I click on the list option it shows nothing, please help me out this problem.

Did you reach your selling limit?

Have you been required by eBay to enroll in Managed Payments yet? If so, have you provided them with all the necessary information to do so? 

If a seller has been given a deadline to sign up for Managed Payments and does not comply by the deadline, s/he will no longer be able to list new items or revise existing listings. 

Is it possible that's what you're experiencing?
