can not print shipping label, problem getting PayPal payment authorization

Same issue for years. Wasted 4 hours and 3 days of my life with both eBay and PayPal tech support. My account information is correct. I have my account properly linked and my credit card information is correct on PayPal. I use PayPal successfully on DOZENS of other websites for years with zero issues.

I hope they get you some help soon. I'm pulling my hair out with the exact same issue. Paypal doesn't allow you to print labels using the USPS Regional Rates, so printing directly from Ebay is a must for me. ARGHHHHH

No, haven't heard anything. Ebay lied to me about calling me back many times and they will not fix it. Don't waste many hours of your life like I did. I sell on other websites now mostly or use USPS website.

i am having the same issue!! ebay & paypal BOTH have very incompetent employees!!! They cannot seem to figure out a solution! They just say give it 24hrs maybe itll clear up. We have already done a few things on our end to hopefully resolve the problem. 

This error code does not let me print labels through ebay directly. it says Cannot get authorization from payoal please update funding source! all my info is correct!! i even cancelled and renewed the ebay billing agreement and still nothing! this is so ! i hate ebay!!

Yeah ebay support sucks. They keep transferring me to Paypal whenever I have any problem.

ive had the same problem with printing since they went in and started changing looks and things....years ago.  i have two unopened "ebay" style labels i can't use.  i can only print sideways on a piece of paper and tape it to the package.  what a waste in materials.  I just put in a new printer....same problems still
