You need to register with Payoneer, get approved by them, then get approved by Ebay.......

I highly suggest you buy some low cost items to get a sense of buying and notice how sellers sell before you try to sell..........

 The one you marked is absolved without waiting for useful information. 

I put three links there telling you everything you wiil need to do to sell.

And NO. Nobody can tell you what product you need to sell. Research is on you not us.

I started out selling household and personal items I no longer wanted.  Everything sold. If it didn't I raised the price and relisted it.

Regarding this issue, I'd suggest inexpensive items that appeal to you... not necessarily items that you hope to flip someday.

Sri Lankans need a business license and a Payoneer account.

Don't try to sell without those.

And don't dropship from China.  Just... don't.
