I've had two glasses of strong ale and have a low threshold.

It still doesn't make any sense, even reading with beer goggles, though a lot of ugleeee guys look decent now.

some sellers have a fear of looking at the email because of potential trouble from a buyer.

dont be afraid of your  buyers.

Sri Lanka government requires residents to have a business license to sell online.

Then you must link a Payoneer account to eBay.

You can sell on eBay with a personal eBay account or a business eBay account, it doesn't matter, however you must link an Individual Payoneer account if your eBay account is a personal account, and link a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.

Payoneer lets you know rightv way if you're successfully linked. Then after linking it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your account. You can't sell until you get an email saying you're all set.
