Well after 21 years selling on eBay it looks like it's time to quit. The amount of people who buy items and say they want to return it, (yes, we take returns) and mail back an empty envelope or box. eBay will not allow sellers to NOT accept returns. I have filed over 16 Mail fraud cases in the last 3 months.
The latest was yesterday, buyer buys an item then calls credit card company and states they never bought it.
eBay always sides with the buyers, well if there are NO more sellers, guess what eBay?

You got 16 returns in 3 months?
I don't get that many returns in 3 years,
Besides that, I see only 34 items listed and only 10 sales in the last 4 months.

Do you have another selling ID or is this happening with kitchen sinks? I know some items are higher risk, but sinks surprise me.
Bank payment disputes can usually be won (unless they are for not as described) by proving delivery.

I agree with fern*wood...you must have other account(s)...this account has very little activity.
And this is the best time to win a dispute with a buyer's credit card...during a holiday period when bank employees are at parties or on vacations.
I suggest responding to a dispute with the maximum amount of words in the response...I think it's 1000 words...be very businesslike since a bank employee will usually read it. And download photos as well.
Sending just a sentence of a dispute doesn't work.
'Google disputes with a credit card'...and copy information on your response. Some bankers may not want to read all the stuff...tracking and dates and address are important of course.
Just throw words in the dispute from the internet on disputes.
Good luck.
