buyer in Australia

Hi guys....

I have a buyer in Australia who wants to buy my item but I have her country blocked and I don't know how to unblock it. I keep searching around my account settings and can't find where I enable it. Can anyone help me out? thanks.

You can add their EBay ID to the exemption list.  This located near your buyer block list. GO to  SITE MAP , click the seller tab on the top and find it.

I didn't exempt Australia specifically, I blocked international buyers when I first signed up to ebay because I didn't know how to do international shipping. Somehow they got through anyway though because one of my earliest sales was to Canada and it worked out fine. I keep messing with the settings to allow the Aussies and it's not working. I guess I will have to call ebay.  grrrr.

Me, too. 1/3 of my sales used to be International but the postage is so high now.

Who said anything about exempting Australia???? selling overseas in general was my point.
