Did you get a notice from eBay that your account was restricted? You sold 2 items and had a problem with at least 1.

You might need a new business plan.  Do you own the items you sell or do you buy them elsewhere after the sale? Or maybe it's related to your feedback?

Are YOU trying to buy something? Or maybe trying to List more drop ship items.

IF you are trying to list more items, just a guess, you are not going to be able to because your BBE is unsatisfactory. 

Please read all emails from eBay.
