This is the most pathetic selling buying site ever. They don’t want to help anyone do a thing. I’m disgusted and see why they have so many complaints against them.

What problem are you having? There are tools here on the site to help you get your money back if you didn't receive an item or it arrives broken or not as described. It starts with you clicking on the eBay Money Back Guarantee and reading that. You can also go to the Resolution Center and let eBay know you paid and didn't get an item or you received the item and it doesn't match the description. What have you done to help yourself get your money back?

@wondertwinz Since this is the Sellers Board, do you have a problem with a buyer who has not paid?

You can open an Unpaid Item Dispute and get your Final Value Fees back. The deadbeat gets a Strike.

You can also use your Seller Preferences/Buyer Requirements to automatically Block deadbeats who have stiffed other sellers.

Do you have a buyer who wants to return an item?

While you don't have to accept a return, you DO have to make refunds.

These disputes are both straightforward and complicated. Details, including dates and locations, are necessary.

I understand frustration, but there are so many people here that may be able to help you through whatever it is that got you to this point.  I hope that you come back and let them know your circumstance, sot that they can give you some expert user guidance.

You seem to have made some good sales here, so what is your concern? If you need to reach out to customer service, the call center was closed due to the pandemic and CS is relocated to mainly digital outlets. Try the Help & Contact button on most eBay pages. Or go to their Facebook or Twitter for help. Good luck.
